LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -- A local commercial land development company said a 17-acre shopping center would be opening next to the Boulevard Mall on Maryland Parkway.
Remington Nevada announced The Boulevard Plaza project on July 10. The new shopping center would be located at the corner of Maryland Parkway and Desert Inn Road.
Construction is expected to begin in summer of 2020, with completion scheduled for summer 2021, Remington Said.
